This type of getter is composed of various functional getter components. Devices with a composite getter thick film coating can effectively absorb and control the content of harmful gases (such as moisture and hydrogen) leaked inside the packaged device for a long time, prevent harmful gases from damaging the circuit, especially the active device, maintain a good working environment, and improve the reliability and lifespan of the device.

This product is mainly suitable for fiber lasers, organic thin film light-emitting display devices (OLED/PLED), micro optical electromechanical systems (MOEMS), dye sensitized solar cells, gas lasers, semiconductor lasers, light emitting diodes (LEDs), micro projectors, implantable medical devices, optoelectronic components, Dewar bottles, vacuum insulation devices, etc.

1) Multi microporous, high adsorption rate, high water absorption, with a 24-hour water absorption capacity of 15% of the weight of its own getter (at 25 degrees Celsius and 5000ppmv vapor pressure);
2) By combining different getters, selectively absorb and control the content of one or several harmful gases, such as hydrogen, carbon dioxide, solvents, hydrocarbons, sulfides, etc;

4) The thickness of the coating can be controlled, and it can be made into different patterns and shapes to adapt to different spatial dimensions of packaging;
5) The substrate for the coating can be selected: metal, ceramic, glass, resin, polymer material, silicone resin, or other materials applied in the field of airtight packaging;

4、 Activate usage
This product has been activated and vacuum packaged before leaving the factory. After being opened, it can be directly packaged and used after being briefly exposed to the atmosphere, or heated and baked in a vacuum environment for degassing. It can also be activated and packaged using methods such as low dew point nitrogen and hot air blowing in an air atmosphere. The suction effect is better, and the heating or blowing temperature is not less than 100 ° C.
