At the same time, this type of air absorbent can also come with a heating element, which can be electrically activated in a vacuum state, avoiding the impact of high-frequency heating and other heating methods on the components related to the subsystem. At the same time, during use, it can be reactivated based on changes in the vacuum state within the system or the parameters and vacuum degree of the subsystem, in order to improve the vacuum state within the subsystem and extend the service life of the vacuum device<
